ML Pricing Intelligence Platform

Luis SanchezHi, I'm Luis Sanchez.
I'm a supply-chain operator turned data builder, currently leading data and analytics at Genpro. My work turns fragmented workflows into pricing platforms, automation systems, and decision tools teams rely on.
I'm a builder/operator who turns operational mess into usable systems. My work sits at the seam between data, ML, and operations, where messy real-world workflows need to become tools teams can rely on.
Today that means leading a 4-person data team at Genpro, building the pricing intelligence and governance layer the GTM org runs on. Before that, I led an 11-person team at USCS shipping ML and automation across 26 cold-storage sites.
I believe in working hard and being kind. Amazing things tend to follow.

I am grateful for the opportunity to have been mentored by Luis Sanchez. His guidance and the way he invested in my development shaped how I approach problems and grow on the job.

USCS's new SmartMove platform, the LTL load-planning tool Luis led product dev and rollout of, has been a game changer for our load planners and our customers.

On our semester-long supply chain project, Luis worked through complex logistical problems most of our group couldn't crack. He then explained the math so simply that the team could confidently present it.
Luis is a strong catalyst for building scalable workflows, improving pricing operations, and turning complex process challenges into better systems.
Luis was the engineer who actually showed up in the meeting and asked what we needed before he built it. The systems came back working the first time. That doesn't happen often.

Presented SmartMove, our route optimization platform combining traditional methods with ML to plan ColdShare Consolidation trucks, to USCS's national carrier partners.

USCS's company newsletter wrote up SmartMove, the route-optimization platform I helped build, and credited the breakthrough to soliciting direct input from load planners.

Profile piece on my path from Bergen to Rutgers, leading PTK at Bergen (Distinguished Leadership Award and Distinguished Chapter Officer, one of 30 in the world), publishing the largest statistical analysis on ASMR's effects on the brain, and entering USCS's Leadership Development Program.

A LinkedIn post reflecting on what I built and what I learned during my time at United States Cold Storage.
I'm always interested in conversations with teams who are past dashboards and into systems. Email is the fastest way to reach me.
